ABOUT FRED

Fred A Hernandez was born and raised in the Bronx, NY. He received his B.S. in Biomedical Engineering at Union College (2018) in Schenectady, NY. He started his career at GE Healthcare in 2019 as an Engineering Apprentice where, after 7 months, managed to secure a Full-time Position as an MRI Calibration/Installation Engineer. In this role, he has managed to speed up customer-handoff times as well as improve the quality of products GE Healthcare provides to their customers.

One of Fred's work duties is to communicate any customer complaints and suggestions regarding the products he installed.  He is at his best when he works to create solutions for his customer's problems. It was this reason that Fred has pursued a career in UX and Product design. He wants to better products and it's users in order to contribute to better and smoother lifestyles.
